Andre’ and Leah Starks created Starks Academy out of their Love for children and a high spirited playfulness toward Education. Starks Academy is a valued, family-run early education learning resources provider for home-school caregivers and teachers who use phonics and letter of the week curriculum with PreK aged children up to age 8.
